  • How much is the delivery fee?
  • The delivery fee is a flat rate of $7.90 per order.
  • How long does delivery usually take?
  • For NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC up to 1 week
    TAS, WA, NT, SA 1 - 2 weeks on average
  • Can I nominate my school/group if I order on the website?
  • Yes.
    When you order on the website there is a facility to nominate your chosen school/centre.
    You will see this when you are checking out before you pay for your order.
  • Can I have my goods delivered to a PO Box?
  • No unfortunately not.
    As the goods are sent by Star Track Express they will require a signature upon arrival.
    We will require a street address.
  • What will happen if I am not home when the courier comes to deliver my goods?
  • If you are not home when the goods arrive, Star Track Express will leave a calling card so that you can arrange for re-delivery at a more convenient time.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • Credit Card using MasterCard or VISA.
  • I can see a product in the catalogue; however it is out of stock on the web site, can I still order it?
  • We do not take back orders.
    Our new stock for this years' Christmas fundraiser will arrive throughout July and August.
    Please check again in early September when all products should be in stock and ready to be dispatched.
